Sailesh nodded thoughtfully, considering this new information. “What about the pricing, though? I’ve seen advertisements of a few places along Diamond Harbour Road, and the costs are higher than what you say you forked out.”

“Really?” Sailesh exclaimed, genuinely surprised. “I thought I’d have to settle for something smaller within my budget.”

“Not at all,” Avijit assured him. “Whether you’re looking for a 1BHK flat or a 3BHK bungalow, projects like Gems City on Bakrahat Road offer a variety of options to suit every budget and lifestyle. And the amenities are top-notch.”

“What kind of amenities are we talking about?” Sailesh asked, now fully engaged.

Sailesh laughed. “You’re really selling this place to me! But what about the future? Is it really a good investment?”

Sailesh grinned, feeling the excitement build. “You’ve convinced me. Maybe it’s time I seriously consider moving to Joka. Gems City, you say?”
